General Applications
Designed and recommended for firefighting in municipal and industrial fire departments, petrochemical and nuclear plants, navies and other industrial services


Construction
Made from circularly woven 100% high tenacity synthetic yarn, completely protected and locked-in by a tough, highly resistant synthetic nitrile rubber and PVC blend, extruded through-the-weave and forming a single homogenous construction without the use of glues or adhesives.

Lining Properties
  • Ultimate Tensile Strength of the lining: minimum guaranteed value of 1,750 psi (12,000 kPa).
  • Ultimate Elongation: 450% minimum.

Abrasion Resistance
In very extreme conditions where abrasion is the most serious concern ARMTEX® ONE™ will extend hose life. Excellent abrasion resistance when tested

Features and Advantages
  • Specially designed for firefighting.
  • Fast deployment and retrieval.
  • 1 1/2" and 2 1/2" are Factory Mutual Approval Standard (FM) 2111 approved together with NH fittings.
  • ARMTEX® OneTM fire hose is BS 6391:2009 Type 3 certified by Global Mark for diameters ranging from 1 1/2" up to 2 1/2".
  • Our UNE 23091-2A approved hoses apply to 1 3/4" and 2 3/4" sizes and are non-stock products. Minimum order requirements may apply. Contact Kuriyama customer service for details.
  • ARMTEX® OneTM 1 1/2" and 2 1/2" sizes are UL-19 listed.
  • ARMTEX® OneTm CAN/ULC-S511-14 listed sizes are 1 1/2" and 2 1/2".
  • Resistant to petroleum, chemicals and ozone.
  • Withstands a surface temperature of +1,112ºF (+600ºC) for a minimum of two minutes without rupture or damage to the synthetic reinforcement when subjected to static pressure of 100 psi (700 kPa).
  • Meets or exceeds National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1961 Standard on Fire Hose (current edition).
  • ISO 9001 - ARMTEX® One™ fire hose products are manufactured in a registered facility in Barcelona, Spain.
  • 10-year warranty.
