General Applications

The transfer of saturated and superheated steam up to 270 PSI and max 410°F (+210°C) in shipyards, chemical plants and industrial applications

⚠Not recommended for washdown applications where detergent or oils are present.

Construction

Tube		Black extruded CIIR - heat-resistant. Not for steam cleaner use

Reinforcement		Single high tensile steel wire braids (1/2" size), Two high tensile steel wire braids for 3/4" and above

Cover		Red EPDM - heat-resistant. Wrapped cover fabric impression. Pin-pricked cover to allow venting

Service Temperature Range

Saturated and Superheated Steam. Constant Operation: -40°F (-40°C) to +410°F (+210°C) Intermittent to +450°F (+232°C)

Note

T341AH 1 1/4", 1 1/2" & 2" not suitable for "Ship to Shore" service.

REFER TO STEAM HOSE TESTING AND INSPECTION ON PAGES 82-84.

PLEASE NOTE: Drain hose after each use to avoid tube damage before house is put back in operation, to avoid "popcorning" of tube.
