Hose bumpers are installed near the hose ends to help protect the fittings from damage if the hose is accidentally dropped, and to keep the hose ends clean by elevating them off the floor. Each bumper is made from chemical and heat resistant, shock absorbing silicone. The bumpers slide easily and securely over the end of the ferrule after crimping.
